It's been a while since Matty the Damned groped around in his infamous Mucky Bucket O' Net Nasties and served up a tasty steamer for you whiney little bitches who count yourselves as AIDSMEDS "family" members. So much has happened in the meantime.

We've laughed. We've loved. We've cried. Poz.com staff have been roped in to stiffen the flagging quality of the AIDSMEDS blogs.

It's all a rich tapestry.

Now normally when I spoon out these ghastly delights there are half a dozen or more rations for you to choose from. This time I have only one offering.

And for good reason. This little morsel is very special indeed.

If you've always wanted to know what's on the "real menu" at a chinese restaurant then Click Here!

But take care. Seriously. If you're of a delicate disposition, you really need to think before you click.

You've been warned.

That one was a tad mild for you matty.

I once saw a report where the restaurant in question kept cages of rats on hand, in order to allow the patron to pick the one they wanted, and then the story followed the preparation process from cage to table.
Made me think twice about the poor lobsters in the aquarium at Red Lobster............

:::shudder:::

at least I now know that I have options if the occasion of organ failure comes up......

Thanks Matty, I have been wondering how to skin and wire my rat for the longest time.
