Question about a behavoir + symptoms

I've not been able to fully describe everything to GPs, so I'm giving it a shot here. about 3 years ago, I received a handjob from a stripper who touched herself prior to doing so, she used a lubricant, she did put a condom then removed it cuz I couldn't get an erection. 3 weeks after that, I developed UTI symptoms, I'll just list them as bullet points:

1. Burning/tingling sensation around my thighs and feet whenever I need to urinate.
2. Urethra hurts after I urinate
3. I developed a sore throat for about a whole month after the exposure.
4. I took antibiotics which started giving me breathing difficulties every now and then. still here although i stopped the antibiotics.
5. discoloration of the penis

I did tests for UTI, gonnorhea, chlamydia, ALL negative, I took 2 different doses off azithromycin, the other one was a year later, both made me feel ok for a few days then back again. I decided to ignore the whole thing because doctors kept saying it's all in my head, anyhow...

I slept with my gf once without a condom and she developed burning sensation when urinating + blood and she started getting abdominal pain to the point where she'd nearly pass out. I don't know what I have got, doctors have kind of given up on me. they can't find what's wrong neither can I. I know these symptoms are hardly associated with HIV but I'm thinking maybe I should get one even though my doctor doesn't see the need of it.

Also I did a test where they look for Antibodies and blood in the urine, nothing was found, I'm so confused, the more I think about it the more frusterated I am, I try to believe that there is nothing but I know something ISN'T right. What do you guys think? should I go for an HIV test? what are my risks?

Nothing you did with the stripper was a risk for hiv - or anything really.

However, having unprotected intercourse with your girlfriend IS a risk, unless you have both tested negative for hiv and other sexually transmitted infections BEFORE you stopped using condoms. ANYONE can have hiv - it's not just strippers. I have hiv and I'm just an ordinary woman and mother.

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL STIs together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with a sexually transmitted infection. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.
