Broken condom accident

first of all congratulations for the great job you're doing with your website&forums, i'm writing you from Milan,Italy and this is what is making me really worried....
Yesterday i was having sex with a prostitute, i always play safe and was wearing a condom, after a few positions she started riding me and i clearly remember that when she sat on me,the condom was still there but after 1-2 mins when we were changing position again we found out the condom was totally broken! So i could have remained inside her with no protection for about 1 or 2 mins, after that i didnt noticed any blood or anything strange(sores etc) on my penis; anyway i know this is a risk and i need to get tested and i will but i have some questions for you:
 
1)The fact that she was on top of me, could make easier for the vaginal fluids and the virus to slide inside my penis uretra?
 
2)Do you consider the episode an high risk one or low risk considering the brief amount of time (1 minute with no condom)?
 
3)Do you know many documented cases of insertive partner getting infected after a single exposure like the one described?

Yours was a very low level risk for HIV. It was a single incident and the condom protected you until it broke. Also of particular importance is that HIV is significantly harder to transmit from female to male as contrasted with from man to woman. Her having been on top during part of the incident would not seriously affect the likelihood of transmission.

Taking all of those factors into consideration I would say it's more than  likely that you will test negative. You can do an initial test at 6 weeks. Assuming you get a negative at 6 weeks, it means you that you will very likely continue to test negative.

I expect you to come out of this ok.

I've been answering queries on this forum for almost ten years, and I've never seen a male end up positive over a single condom break.

Ok sorry for disturbing you again but this is just to have a confirmation:

when you members/moderators say "you still have to see the insertive male partner testing positive after a condom failure" it means that you have had over these 10 years documented cases of negative results after a condom break exposure?

I mean, you have many cases of people writing you here about the condom accicendts and then writing you back that the test was negative?

That's right Milan, there have been thousands of incidents of broken condoms reported during the years.

None of the insertive partners have ever tested positive. I don't expect you to become the first. Really.
