This product is a combination of B vitamins used to treat or prevent vitamin deficiencies due to unhealthy diet, certain diseases, alcoholism or during pregnancy.

sure, certain illnesses (WebMD speaks of illnesses, not diseases). HIV certainly is one. I have a very healthy diet, never drank, I am certainly not pregnant and yet my doctor advised me to take them.
Contains also vitamin C, Zinc and Niacin. Cheers!

Some of the car for multivitamins in people living with HIV goes all the way back to the pre-treatments era of the 1980s.

If we eat a balanced diet we will get all the nutrients we need from our food.

Vegans need a B12 supplement but that's all. All the rest is expensive urine.
