Hi
I recently injured myself apparently while attempting overhead presses. Don’t think it’ muscular per doc’s diagnosis but possibly nerve related from neck down to hand. Was prescribed muscle relaxers and steroid pills. Doc said If that doesn’t work, will maybe have to do surgery 😤. It’s really put a damper on my exercise routine. Anybody have experience with this? Looking for any tips or suggestions?

Not had an issue with that particular injury but had a few over the years. Generally exercise physiotherapists will be able to guide you face to face, better than any forum.
