I'm in the exact same shoes!! I started exactly same time as you did and have been UD until this week my VL was 480. my doctor said that there is a blip in my VL and we're gonna repeat it in 2-4 weeks. but still, i have the same thoughts as you about resistance and stuff but i'm staying hopeful.

If only one of you had a physician's ID and therefore free access to the fitst tiered peer-reviewed journals that would allow access to the latest science and the best information.

Wait, you ARE a doctor. You are someone who should be called upon by this site for information. I understand the feelings of fear.. but ONE blip should not bother a professional in the least. You realize that your reluctance to fully understand HIV-- let alone YOUR HIV-  impedes your credibility as a doctor, no?

I have no doubt I could probably make a psychologist a great amount of money.

I have less doubt that I am right about my assessment. I, as a layman, know more about HIV than you do. And you not only share that virus, but have the credentials to potentially have access to information more current than my own. And the education to analyze it.

Just a patient who expects a doctor to know, at the very minimum, about the disease from which they suffer.

And I am disappointed that you rely on laymen like myself to help out when you cannot be bothered to even know this shit on your own, much less help out in forums such as this.
