Missed one dose of Kaletra

After a year or two of near perfect adherence and undetectable viral loads, yesterday while away on an overnight trip I discovered I had packed the wrong pill bottle - had my tenofovir and lamivudine, but forgot my most important one - Kaletra. 

So, I went back home as soon as I could, taking my morning dose of tenofovir and lamivudine as usual, but missing the Kaletra.  Wasn't able to take it till I got back home for an early dinner at 7:00 pm, so it was a bit over 24 hours between doses instead of the usual and prescribed 12 hours.

As a side note, I'm technically 'resistant' to lamivudine, they just include in my meds because they say it still exerts a beneficial effect with the other two meds.

What do you folks think is the risk of major repercussions from this unfortunate error?

Missing a dose of HIV meds isn't going to cause you problems . Although 100 % adherence is our goal , 95 % works as well , so you will live another day , just watch out for buses .
