I met a guy on growlr and we hooked up, we kissed, and gave unrpotected oral sex to one another... everything was going well until we started to 69 and I begun to deepthroat him.... while I was deepthroating him he pushed out of my mouth and was cumming.
He told me he came a little bit in my throat.... I asked him if he was clean and he said he was.... but who knows!
My concern is that he came IN MY THROAT, basically no saliva to inhibit the virus
After I washed with listerine, and started to spit out, phlegm came out like when you clear your throat and that was it.
This happened three days ago, and I do not know what it make of it.
I dont have any bleeding caries and I brushed my teeth around 2.5 hours before our encounter.
I am aware that oral sex is very low risk, but what aobut my specific situation?
should I worry and test in three months or do you think this was not a real exposure.

Unless you have "meth mouth," you have not even a theoretical risk of having contracted the HIV from the activity you describe.
You have no need to test for HIV-antibodies because of this incident, unless you have a need for "peace of mind."
Your "specific" situation is no different than anyone else's in the 35-years or so of this pandemic: you had no viable risk.
No, I don't think you had a real exposure.
On a side note, people who are HIV-positive are clean, presuming that they adhere to the general norms of hygiene.
The HIV is a virus, not an indicator of "cleanliness."
Stigma matters, so please move forward with your life and be sensitive to your language.

I apologize for using the wrong term. It's generally understood in the gay hook up world that clean implies no drug or STD's, negative HIV status, however now that I am reflecting on your comment, I have to agree that it is not a nice way too put it.
i am aware HIV people are normal people, i have friends whoare HIV+, and acquantainces who passed away due to AIDS.
I am sorry once again, and thank you for not only assessing my risk but for making me aware of how wrong using "clean" sounds.
one last question.... so the scenario described, which shows he partially came in my throat makes no difference as far as hiv risk?

Asked and answered already. Relax move on with your life, no need to panic or rush out and test over a BJ. Just test whenever next due for a normal routine STI & HIV checkup.
Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions.
Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs
Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

I am a gay man, I tested negative in July for all std's and my sexual activities resume to giving oral to other men and receiving oral as I abstain from anal sex.
Two days ago I visited a sauna but my risk was a bit differently this time.
I performed oral sex on three different men at the bathhouse. I felt precum in only one of them but I never swallow my saliva while giving blow jobs, I just spit it out onto the guys penis to lubricate it. I did deepthroat one of them but none of them came in my mouth. They came outside on their bellies.
Normally I wouldn't worry but this time I had something stuck between my teeth and my gum had blood in it. I even stupidly tried to get it out with dental floss a couple of minutes before going down on the second guy.
Since my gum between the two teeth was hurting I checked and rubbed it with toilet paper and I saw a bit of blood meaning there was minor bleeding or at least a fresh wound so I freaked out and left the sauna.
Finally went home and was able to take it out and let my gum heal.
The men I gave oral to were european sauna goers, l didnt ask for status but the country I am in seems to have a low rate of HIV. The problem is that I am on tourism so I am not sure I can just get prep.
Would you consider this a scenario worth being alarmed about?

Nothing you mentioned changes the risk assessment.
The mouth without damage (Example, gaping open wounds) lacks the cell to infect and even with wounds saliva is hostile towards HIV damaging the receptors needed to infect you.
All in all its a near negligible concern that we don't recommend specific testing over, let alone PEP.
So no need to panic or rush out and test over this. Just test whenever next due for a normal routine STI & HIV checkup.
Remember to use condoms for any intercourse no exceptions and to test out of standard routine at least yearly for easier to transmit STIs & HIV. Consider starting PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV going forward.
