So much happening
« on: February 22, 2022, 02:30:05 am »
I was depressed and thought forget the pharmacy and my Triumeq. I was almost a week without it before I ended up in the emergency room. Where I was diagnosed with Colitis.
Then last week we filed for bankruptcy. Well we started the process anyway.
So there is a chance I may lose my car. Then again I may get to keep it.
Either way I’ve just been walking and trying not to eat things that can inflame my colon. Although I ate half a tomato on my sandwich today.
A couple days ago I was laying in bed mentally listing all that I have going wrong in my life. Then I just realized I can turn it all around. That’s when I began walking.
I also gave up drinking. I tried to drink and it just did not interest me.
Lately I’ve been crocheting and baking. I might get my guitar out tomorrow and finally do some exercises.

Sorry about your colitis, but are you saying that you were off your triumeq for a week?

Well this is good news, and a positive step in the right direction. This is how I felt about quitting smoking.

Best of luck.

Yes, I was off Triumeq for a week. I guess I was depressed enough to lie in bed and just be a negative thinker.

My Mom used to smoke. I asked her to give it up for my 13th birthday. And she did. She smoked right up until midnight of my birthday.
