New labs and they look ok... Broke the 300 mark from 4, viral load went up from <20 to <44... a little worried about the increase, or am I just trippin... I've read where an occasional blip may happen, should I be concerned ? I feel great, and doc said I can stop taking the Azithromyacian.. sweeeeet.... F in triglicerdies through the roof still... Ughhhh

Your viral load is not a blip. Nor is it an increase.
There are a few different "brands" of viral load tests. Some viral load tests list an undetectable reading as <20, other makers list an undetectable reading as <40.
Both of those test results should be considered undetectable.
A blip would be a result of 200 or more. Repeated tests > 200 would be a concern.

Just trippin, my opinion. But I know its so, so very easy that is to do, freak for nothing!
Those numbers look "identical" to me.
