Title: Cheaper dolutegravir for Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Malaysia

Just update that we now will have cheaper dolutegravir in Malaysia & 3 other countries.

Great news and been waiting for a while now. Thailand has generic DTG at a fraction of the cost and is about time we get them too.
