A local CSW gave me unprotected oral sex and hand job she was on top cause i lied on the bed it lasted like 6-7 mins since 22 sept 2013 she refuse to use condom, in nigeria and she is hiv+ for sure. i tested negative after a month. then third week i had flu, fever and afternoon sweat, fifth week my both sides of abdomen and pelvis got swollen with waist pain.at my lower left back i have lump and is hot and sizure in my abdominal, after two months and a week joint pain muscle pain, tangling in the muscle, body pain especially near my armpit and waist pain and stomuch pain, 2months and 2week lymph node in my groin area.i did urinary test and result is small e-coli i took antibiotic and run hepipatis B test is negative and afraid till today cant sleep well and i was afraid of infecting my sister cause i eat together with them in a plate. so later my sister start having flu and rashes and fever i dont know if i have infected her please i need ur reply and i did not see blood after the oral sex but later i saw like two red dot of blood in my inner wear and . will run another text on January. oral sex with blood is very risk that all i know cause she wants to infect me.

You can relax . HIV is sexually acquired from unprotected vaginal and anal sex so you did not have a risk getting a blowjob or hand job even if she had HIV, it wasn't a risk .
You need not worry about eating with or kissing a person who has HIV , its not transmitted in that way .
ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than HIV. Some of the other STDs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid HIV infection. It really is that simple!

jeff G thanks for your reply, but what of in a case where blood is involved, cause i saw it in my inner wear. and please if not hiv what will all this symptoms be? just look at 10 week i started having loose stool that is diarrhea and some of the symptons have disappeared in 11 week, imagine some no risk and some said is low risk but am passing through hell.the only symptoms that i did not had is rash other i have passed through it.

Your symptoms could be caused from many other things than HIV and that's why we do not discuss symptoms . If you are sick go see a doctor and find out why because its not HIV from this incident .
As long as you use condoms for vaginal and anal sex you will avoid HIV . The few cases of oral HIV came from GIVING a blowjob to a man with a very high viral load from HIV and the person who gave the blow job would have to have significant wounds in the mouth . You did not get HIV from getting your dick sucked or a hand job, period .

dear jeff thanks for your wonderful support. but i did test rapid blood after 94 days is non reactive, but am afraid of the result cause the test did not last upto five mins, though the lab tech told me the determinant she is using can pick antibody in 2month, but mine was 3 month. above all jeff is that am still having symptoms like muscle pain, swollen lymph node in groin area and watery stool which started 2 month 2weeks after mine exposure and also a lump at the left side of my back which is causing me waist pain when it is swollen am in pain jeff.........i want to go for scanning today to know what is that lump. 1)please how reliable rapid blood test is if is not upto five mins
2)the HIV rate in my country NIGERIA is too high that why am afraid
3)what do have to say this 102 days still having symptoms or has my body not produce enough antibody that a rapid blood test can pick in three months. thanks jeff please Ann in your opinion too thanks all for kind gesture you guys are showing to people

You never had a risk and you have tested conclusively HIV negative .
You do not have HIV .
HIV clinics and this web site forum exist to stop the spread of HIV and we cant do that if we do not give accurate information and results so you should trust your clinic and our advice . If you are sick go see your doctor, its NOT hiv that causing it .
