Mark Cuban's new cash-only drug company launched today.  It has one HIV drug listed, epzicom.  A 90 day supply is only $166.80 or about $55/month.  My part D plan wants $650/month so the savings is significant.

Check the price from GoodRX.  I think it is lower than the price you quoted.
