I came across a very interesting article this morning (Canadian press) while reading something related to Lipoatrophy. And one of the suggestions offered for those having this kind of problem was simply adding this boxer/brief:

P.S.In France, there is a famous sculptor who works with most movie stars, who decided to help people living with HIV and Lipoatrophy. All he needs is some measures of the person i.e. your waist and thighs, and in one week he gives one a brand new butt!
