Best Supporting Actress in a Play:  Ellen Barkin

Best Supporting Actor in a Play:  John Benjamin Hickey

“I could not have written it had not so many of us so needlessly died,”  Kramer said in accepting the Tony. “Learn from it, and carry on the fight. Let them know that we are a very special people, an exceptional people. And that our day will come.”

It warmed my heart to see him accept that award.

The Tony Awards is about as close as I'll ever get to seeing a real show on Broadway.... ;)
