masturbation with saliva and urine
« on: May 27, 2014, 01:54:33 am »
Hello

I have a tough ask
I was on a public toilet.  When I was going out, I saw that everywhere was blood. If now was blood on the door handle then was also this blood on my hand.
With the same hand, i holding my penis and urinated. When i caught this blood from my hand on my penis and glans, then I had a hiv risk?

thanks for answer

HIV is a fragile hard to transmit virus that is easily damaged and rendered unable to infect in the situation you are concerned with . Once outside the human body small changes in PH and temperature instantly damage HIV and it can no longer transmit the virus .

HIV is transmitted from .
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex .
Sharing IV drug rigs after an infected person .
Mother to child during or shortly after childbirth .

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Although you did not have a risk and do not need to test for this specific incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Hello
I am a man.
It is an HIV risk when a woman puts her finger from the vagina directly into my anus?

No it is not a risk.  The fluid a woman produces when excited comes from glands near the opening of the vagina, which are NOT infectious.  You have not had a risk and you do not need to test over this incident.

Good day

I am male, 45 years old, circumcised since my 8th birthday.

From a prostitute, I have received a full body massage.
With oil she massaged my whole body and end up also my penis until the end.
The lady was dressed in underwear, contact has given only through their hands.

Now it is written everywhere that Petting (what it was then) does not include the HIV risk.

Unfortunately, I did not have seen exactly her hands and fingers.
Theoretically, the lady if had blood on their hands, that would change the risk situation?

Thanks for your reply.

I've merged your new thread into your original thread - where you should post all your additional thoughts or questions.  It helps us, to help you, when you keep everything in one thread.  It doesn't matter how long it has been since you last posted in your thread or if the subject matter is different.

If you need help finding your thread when you come here, click on the "Show own posts" link under your name in the left-hand column of any forum page.

Thank you for your cooperation.

The risk for HIV infection comes from unprotected intercourse.  You cannot get HIV through casual contact, including any massage.  You have not had even the slightest risk and you have no need of testing over this incident.

Hello everybody

I was with a prostitute.
With a latex glove I have put a finger in the bum of the lady, about 1 minute in and out.
Then I pulled out the latex glove. The lady then made the same with me.

Well unfortunately I do not know if the lady has used the same
glove put in my ass as I for her.
Would that be a risk for HIV?
If the lady me stuck the same glove and the same finger in the butt as I for her previously ???

Hi , HIV is far to fragile to be transmitted in this manner . Even if it was the same glove it was not a risk ,and this is why. Once exposed to air the virus is damaged and left unable to infect .  It is safe for you to move on .

This is what you need to know to avoid infection,
You need to be using condoms for all anal and vaginal intercourse until you are in a trusting monogamous relationship and both have been tested for all STDs and HIV.
Everyone who is sexually active should have an annual exam and test for all STDs and HIV ,and always after unprotected intercourse. Always using condoms will give you peace of mind your tests will return with a negative result.

Best , Wade

good day

I had another uncertain situation :-(

I, naked, woman, naked,
she masturbates my unprotected penis,
while spitting and urinating her on my penis.

Is there a risk for hiv and other std's?

Thank you for an answer and a good time

Hi

Look this is really very simple, non-penetrative sex such as, frottage rubbing or touching are not HIV risks, it simple going back to basics that HIV has an outer protein/receptors that are needed to remain infectious and they corrodes in contact with air, so it can no longer infect.

Saliva is not infectious and it is also hostile towards HIV

Move on with your life

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

More information on HIV Basics, PEP, TaSP and Transmission can be found through the links in my signature to our POZ pages, this includes information on HIV Testing

Kind regards

Jim

Thanks Jim

You say saliva is not infectious, ok, I've understood.

But how does it behave with urine? Possibly with menstruation blood?

Hello,

I'm a bit scared, so my question is this:

A woman masturbates her vagina with her hand.
With the same hand immediately she masturbates my penis.
HIV risk for me, if so vaginal fluid is rubbed into my penis and glans?

Thanks for an answer...

That is the same question again.

I say this from a point of kindness as you just need to move on now and stop focusing/stressing about HIV.

Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

hi Guys

why do you always say here 6 weeks and 13 weeks for the HIV test?

According to Link, the CDC writes 45 days for 4th Generation Laboratory Test and 90 days for all other tests. Do I understand something wrong?

There isn't any inconsistency.

Roughly speaking - 45 days = 6 weeks, 90 days = 3 months

The 3 month test will generally pick up outliers, most infections can be detected after 6 weeks.

Slight regional variations in testing schedule may apply.

Unless you have had a risk event (and none of your previous messages imply that you have) then you should stop obsessing about HIV.

As Jim said, we don't tolerate repeated posts about non-risk events, so my suggestion would be to try and put HIV out of your mind. Take a test if it helps providing closure for you, and if anxiety persists then it may be worth seeking out a mental health professional as needless anxiety will affect your quality of life as much as any health condition.

30 day ban, stop looking for an issue you simply do not have, stop wasting everyone's time.

If you have a question for the CDC ask them don't bother us.

There is allot of misinformation and stories on the internet and lots of opinions or outdated data that get passed around as facts, We however rely on the latest scientific peer reviewed science for our assessments. This also gets fed back into the poz pages on transmission risks if needed and great effort is put into ensuring the message is clear.
