Have a safe and happy Halloween

Given the ongoing covid situation we're not doing much this year. Baked some cakes & cupcakes and planning to watch movies with the kids.

Thanks, Jim.

My partner turns 55 tomorrow, so we are cooking a meal and making a cake here today to celebrate that. He is a great baker, but I am not a baker and have largely given up refined sugar, so I will assist by cleaning up the dishes. I told him I would eat *one* piece of the cake. I will try to watch my yearly Rocky Horror too.

Congrats, hope your partner has a nice birthday tomorrow.

My son turned 10 yesterday so we had that, again kept it small what with covid but he had fun.

Kids are dressed up for the evening, watching ghost busters and I'm on door duty for any trick or treaters.

My daughter asked why I didn't have a costume this year, told her that I'm dressed as myself, a middle aged white man, the scariest thing ever I've been told.
