Anus Rubbing and Pressing
« on: April 13, 2021, 12:51:19 pm »
Hello guys,

Thank you for approve my account. Here is my story:

I'm gay. I met someone I don't know one week ago. You know, making out etc. Then he made me rimming. Then he started rubbing his penis on my anus. So far everything is normal. I tighted myself. His penis forced my anus a little and it hurt me a little bit. There was no penetration yes, but he pressed the head of his penis to the anus.

Like I said, I can't say penetration. He just forced the entrance to the anus and I don't know, maybe the tip of the penis has entered the anus by a millimeter? I might be exaggerating a little. But I am extremely worried.

I feel like my groin lymph and neck lymph are swollen. In this case, what do you think is my risk?
Many thanks!

Read your post, so in this situation without penetration there is no HIV risk.

Don't ask me I was not there 😊

You need to tell me what happened for an assessment and if you are unsure I am going to tell you to go test.

Hello Jim, thanks for your reply.

1- He rubbed his penis on the anus.

2- He pressed a little while rubbing. I tightened my anus at that moment.

3- It hurt a little and I stopped him immediately.

You know, he pushed the ring-like entrance part of the anus a little. And I thought maybe that would be a problem. There was no penetration. I think we can say that he is forcing my external sphincter. However, it is worth noting that this was very instantaneous. Maybe it took a second. Then I stopped him immediately.

Many thanks.

Hiya.

Rubbing and pushing against isn't an HIV risk.

Remember to use condoms for any intercourse and to test out of standard routine at least yearly for STI's & HIV.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of HIV protection going forward.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Kind regards

Jim

Thank you Jim.

I feel like my groin and neck lymph are swollen. Maybe it's because I played too much. Still, I am very worried.

If the entrance to the anus is opened during friction here? And if the head of the penis touches that entrance?

Do you think these are very detailed questions? So should we simply say "full penetration" is necessary? Or will such small details change the risk?

I think I'm about to lose my mind.  :) :) :)

Touching, pressing, rubbing etc no concern.

Penis, inserted even the tip within the confines of your body is an HIV risk.

Could be just about everything and nothing. It's not HIV related from this particular incident for a number of reasons. See your doctor and treat whatever is making you sick.

This is what I think.

You had condomless intercourse or at the very least "dipping" and you are having a hard time fessing up to this and are looking for me to say that you will be fine as it's only the tip of the guy's penis inside etc.

See rubbing, pressure, etc is not a concern as it's outside the confines of the human body.

Here is the thing, if I right and you did/had more than rubbing against then you had a risk. Test with a blood-drawn HIV antibodies test at six weeks post last exposure, a non-reactive result at that time will rarely ever change. If you wish, you can re-test at three months post-incident for peace of mind.
