ANYONE WITH LITLLE CHILDREN ? & some good websites

My name is Aleksander .
I have posted a few topics as SASA39 ( " Guilt "  ,  " Life expectations and some questions"  ) and have children .
My worst fear is situation of a disclosure because their lives would be ruined.............anyone with small choldren here to give me a piece of advices ?Last three nights I had a temperature about 38 C – only at night
Coughing , and not feeling very well………………like a stone on my chest…………..is it some kind of bronchitis ?
Do not wanna go to a hospital because of a terrible conditions………….but my wife has seen a one of three doctors -  a female one who said to  to act normally. But it seems to me that a burden is too heavy……………………
I began to think  that I come to hospital TOO LATE CD4=58 and
I don`t have any relatives anymore or a frend Icould lean on to do some simpliest things to me if I am ill.
Except my wife and she already have a rough time :
two kids , work at company , private work at home……………….
I`m desperate because I know that she will AND MUST FIND SOMEONE ELSE ONE DAY AND THAT MY DAUGHTERS  WIIL LOSE ME AND THAT SOMEONE ELSE WILL TAKE MY PLACE.
THAT BREAK MY HEART ,  BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY YOUNG
( 5  &  10  yrs ) .
BUT MY WORST FEAR IS FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE – i`M PETRIFIED BY THAT…………….and knowing that a many plans that I have had for my family are go down in flames……………….( road trips to Austria , Switzerland , vacation in Egypt , Tunisia , gifts for graduation time ,  for wedding anniversary , Valentine`s  day………… )
I`m very sorry if I sonnd like DOWNBRINGER , but very bad thoughts are in my head now and I don`t know how to eradicate them………
IT SEEMS TO ME THAT A TRUE IS WRITTEN ALL OVER MY FACE…………(AND IT IS IN A WAY BECAUSE OF A RED SPOTS THAT BURST OCCASIONALY ) ,nobody else is calling me………no frends or relatives……….and BEGAN TO ACT FRANTIC OVER MY DESEASE.
ANY ADVICE  PLEASE………………………OR A WORD OF COMFORT………………………..Al

I'm not sure where you reside, but society can be different in other countries.  I have a 13 1/2 year old daughter, and she's known about our HIV status all her life.  We were diagnosed when she was 10 months old.

I agree with the doctor who said to act normally.  You shouldn't treat them any different.  You are looking at this infection in the wrong way.  You know your children best, and will be able to determine whether or not they can digest the news of your HIV status.  Just because you found out about it when your CD4 was 58, that doesn't mean you can't improve that with medications.  There are those who found out their status with low CD4's and have rebuilt it to over 500.

Have faith that you will get better, and you will live normally.  Do your best to take care of yourself, and get rest when your body says it's tired. Go to the doctor about your current illness as you don't want it to turn into pneumonia.

By disclosure I mean than a society would expell them from school ,and my wife from job !
and meke to them a hell of their little lives , IT HAS HAPPENED OVERHERE IN SERBIA !
