This is awful. No one deserves to go through what she went through. I hope he gets caught before he rapes another woman.

I really hope that the victim is being put on PeP, regardless the HIV test (in the article they say that the victim had an HIV test). They need to bring that rapist to justice as soon as possible before he takes another victim.
