Thanks for the birthday wishes, compliments, and good wishes. On my last birthday I had no clue I was HIV+.  It is amazing how your perception of things can change in a year.  I thank you all for your support and encouragement.  I was "almost" a Thanksgiving baby...  Just not quite....   My birthday never hits Thanksgiving day.  At any you guys and gals have helped me make it through a pretty tough period in my life.  I count myself truly blessed to have made your acquaintances.  It seems that everyone wants to make a big deal out of those "decade" birthdays. So I'm counting on having a bit of harrassment at work on Tuesday.  But it will all be in fun.  Thanks for remembering and making note of my day Alan, in the past there have been times when not a soul even remembered.  And Daniel, I credit my "not quite looking my age" to my mother and the good genes she passed on to me.  Thanks for the hugs Teresa... I love the little clown... I'm smiling.  And Rapid, I'm counting on getting more than my 24.6 years that the "predictions" have mentioned lately.  And what can I say Eric...  You can always lead the way...  you have been with me in this from that very first day that I found out.  I shall always be indebted to you for that.  And Kelly, thanks for the good wishes... I absolutely love the Happy Birthday banner you included.  It is So ME!!!  Thanks again to all of you!

 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.

Thanks so much for the long list of birthday wishes everyone!  It was so great to read the good wishes from each of you.  It seems like when you have one of these big "0" birthdays everyone asks "well, do you feel older?"  Nope, I still feel just like I did 20 years ago... even with this HIV... well, almost!  Anyway, thanks!  It's been a great day!
