toilet seat! LOL
So if this was done before kill me now. LOL...just kidding...
I was curious how everyone found out they were poz and if they know how they got it? I got mine from a peeler back in 95, but I didnt find out I was poz till Dec 05 when I almost died in the hospital. I tracked down who gave it to me and the kicker is it was the first time I didnt use a condom...who woulda thunk it? Found out he use to share needles with people for riods.
What about you?
O RLY
YA RLY
(Sorry. Had to.)
butt f*cking my way through the 80's
Well there was this one time, at Band Camp.......
It came as the "special prize" in a box of Cracker Jacks. Some prize.
I don't have a clue when I was infected. Sometimes I wish I could pinpoint the event and then sometimes I'm glad I can't. I was always pretty safe. I only have a handful of what would be considered "risky" encounters. So I guess it must have been one of those. I didn't get tested regularly because I thought I was safe enough and I never had anything that even resembled a seroconversion incident.
I can't believe so many people didn't know that a peeler is a stripper!Oh that makes sense. I was really wondering what a peeler was and I was hoping someone would say it. It makes sense now that I think of it.
For lack of a witty response, just the facts: it either happened 3 1/2 years ago when some selfish jerk shot in my mouth without warning, or a condom broke and the top didn't tell me. Either way, it's done.
1) answer the "peeler" mystery, but Seven and Northernguy beat me to it. It is a stripper.
("a member of her majesty's constabulary: a police officer; especially in the United Kingdom and Australia" OR "an uncircumcised man"),
Wesley,
Just read the story on your blog. Thank you for sharing but now I am hanging on the edge of my seat. :) Whatever happened to the poz guy that you met at the party? Did you ever ask him out? ???
sorry correction:
these people who do infect others by lying about their status are NOT found guilty in the Netherlands!
Zeb
How did I get it? Sex. Lots of it.
Hey, it was the late 70s, early 80s
Has anyone else noticed that any old health worker seems to think its OK to ask how you got it? I've been in hospital for a badly broken wrist for f@@@sake before now, its on my record,so they ask!
Do I go up to complete strangers and as them about their sex life, social habits etc?
And does anyone ask how you got cancer?
Anyway, it cost me two years of my life. For the first year I was so sick and had no idea what was wrong with me. I have no memory of most of that year. After the diagnosis I was a basket case - depressed, scared to death and pretty much cried myself to sleep every night. My wife stayed by my side the whole time (another good forum topic, as I wonder how many guys are in my position).
