It should have been clear to mom & dad I was going to be a screamer when my 1st favourite song was "Wedding Bell Blues" by the Fifth Dimension. What straight boy would sing along with Marilyn McCoo: C,mon and marry me Bill, I've got the wedding bell bluuess...

I was like 12 or something, I had no clue what the lyrics meant but always embarrassed my mom by singing it in public.

I think I was in first grade at the time.
Added: I still love early 70's glam rock bands!

A 45 single I won at the fair called seasons in the sun . My best buddy to this day Tim scratched it with a match box car when I wouldn't let him borrow it so I made my mom take him home . I also loved Rocking Robin by MJ .
We still have bitch fights sometime but stop and laugh before it gets out of hand . The last one was about how to properly fry squash . I won because I'm Marsha and he is Jan and it will always be that way . This is his lovers analogy LOL . I don't useally refer to myself with girl names but it is kinda funny .

This is a great song as well, I think it played in all the hot clubs back in the 80's. For the life of me I can't remember the name though, can someone watch it and tell me?

my sister who didn't live with us found out I owned the cassette and made sure to put Paula Abdul's mega album in my hot little hands....I never had a chance at being straight through musical selection alone.

Come Together - Beatles
or maybe Get Back
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5o8c2QiD53A
Hard to remember that young in life. Back in my time I think all little kids loved The Beatles. My little brother was into all sorts of faggoty early boy bands (Bay City Rollers, anyone?), and Michael Jackson, and he's straight!

Probably "Jesse's Girl" or "Total Eclipse of the Heart"...then got into Def Leppard...then more dance stuff like Real McCoy "Runaway"...then lots of techno
-
"Dancin' Queen" by ABBA at age five or so. Prophetic.

I wish I could say I had the same great taste as Miss P at age 10, but sadly this was mine.

For my 5th birthday my parents took me to a store and I got to pick out either a book or a record. I chose "The Unicorn Song".

Remember in that other thread where I defended you? Those times are over now.

as a young boy in NC, my favorite songs were leftover 45s from my mom, so it was either Roy Orbison "Running Scared (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FATOxRfxNc)" or something by Elvis like "Suspcious Minds (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q04_ClDxRsk)". Thankfully, I was "cured" of most of that by the end of high school with the Minneapolis funk of Prince (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7EB2MpdyoY).

I can't remember if this was my first faviourite song, but loved this

It was 1961 I had just turned 13 and was madly in love with a boy called Jamie (I changed the name of the song to Jamie) this was my favourite song back then, I sang it day and night and drove my mother mad...he was 20 and he never did wait for me...sigh..
