No ARS symptoms or Just Ignoring

My question.
Will people experience any ARS symptoms?  I read that people will get near to death symptoms and NO symptoms. Kind of Confused , do people get these so mildly that they just ignore it? or they just don't get anything?

Reason why I am asking
The place where I am doing my job is kind of risky. Due to security concerns I have to share my guest house.  My colleagues are having at least one sexual encounter per week. They say they are doing it safely. I am taking best care of myself. I want to be more cautious for next 9 months of my job here.

I don't understand how your colleagues' sexual encounters or how they manage their HIV risks are a concern to you?

Also so you have a prevention question?

Anyhow, most people simply experience no noticeable initial symptoms, not that it matters as either way, testing is the only way to determine your HIV status.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider starting PrEP as an additional layer of HIV protection going forward

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as safe in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for acquiring far easier to transmit STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

I read First 2-4 weeks of exposure when they are having ARS symptoms they have high concentration. If I see they are having any ARS symptoms I will move to other guest house.  That's why I am asking whether they experience any ARS symptoms?

Bullshit and, that's outrageous BTW moving to another house if one of them had HIV, This is 2019, not 1985.

I don't know how you think HIV is transmitted or not but unless you are engaging in sexual contact with your co-workers or sharing IV drug rigs there is no HIV risk to you. End of story.
