Steve... that is funny. I could see myself in a brownish robe, sharing not only prayers with my fellow brothers.

I wanted to be a lawyer like my dad.

Then a doctor ( studied but never finished it).

But as a 3 year old I would look at planes and tell my mom : I want to fly over the whole world and make people happy.

I did work as an airline steward for 18 years and I made a lot of people happy. Lol.

What i wanted to be is a lot different than most on here. I wanted to be a mom and a wife. take care of my husband, kids and home. Well i got the mom part and home part. I just wish i could get the husband part.But really, i have always wanted to have my own business, planning parties and weddings and such.Plus a small store with things that others and myself have made.Maybe one day that too will happen.

For most of my life, I wantedt o be a doctor (ran the gammut on what specialty), then I got into the medical field and though "OH HELL NO!!!" a decision I'm so glad I came to.

If I had to do it all over again, I would have been a freakin entry level whatever at Microsoft. As long as it got stock options.

Though at one point I did consider the priesthood (I was even accepted at Marquette), my love for Bewitched as a kid made me want to go into advertising.  Turned out I did major in Advertising, spent many years in that field but my husband didn't turn out to be a witch (oh, don't go there) and none of his relatives EVER drop by, thank God.

The amusing part of my degree is that at UGA, Advertising is in the Journalism School (and not Business or Arts & Sciences like most other places) so my degree is a Bachelors in Journalism.  Yes, I received a BJ.  Must be damn good at it, I graduated Magna Cum Laude...

When I was in 6th grade, I had to write an essay on what I wanted to be when I grow up. So I wrote that I wanted to be a bartender. As a result I was sent to the school shrink due to a "lack of ambition and an unwillingness to embrace a traditional career" I told the shrink that if it weren't for bartenders, Miss Hoffman (the teacher) wouldn't have anyone to talk to at night after work.
