Welcome to the "Do I Have HIV?" POZ forum.

This special section of the POZ forum is for individuals who have concerns about whether or not they are HIV positive. Individuals are permitted to post up to three questions or responses in this forum.

Ongoing participation in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum (posting more than three questions or responses) requires a paid subscription, with secure payments made via PayPal.

A seven-day subscription is $9.99, a 30-day subscription is $14.99 and a 90-day subscription is $24.99.

Anyone who needs to post more than three messages in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum -- including past, present and future POZ Forums members -- will need to subscribe, with secure payments made via PayPal.

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice...

I'm worried about a one night stand I had in August.

I fucked a guy with a condom and he fucked me, also with a condom. I then took my condom off and wanked myself off. I was underneath him and my cock was touching the entrance to his arse and rubbed against it. I've now read that you can get HIV from Anal mucus and through the urethra. I'm wondering if anyone knows how risky the above is because we used lube and I'm worried mucus would have come outside to the entrance of his arse?

What you did is considered frottage. You were not at risk for HIV infection.

As Rod has indicated, frottage is not a risk.

But please read the lesson on Transmission on this site. You can find a link to it in the Welcome thread which opens this section. Get the basics down about HIV transmission. It will spare you a lot of unnecessary worry, help you to protect your health and allow you to enjoy your sexuality.
