I would remind you that the term "elephantiasis" is considered offensive and demeaning by the monstrously deformed. These repulsive side show alley freaks prefer "Proteus Syndrome."

Let me feed your fascination with big balls.......a friend of mine had a hernia operation, something went wrong and he ended up with one nut so big he couldnt get it in his pants....lol.....poor guy he had to go back for another operation.
