This came out Sept 23, 2008 and appears pretty urgent to me. 

The governments of the world seem to be apathetics about these issues.  Are they like Judge Judy that said several years ago "give them dirty needles"  :-\  :-X :-[ ???  :( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Damn, I can't believe I forgot to tell you guys.

Jose Serrrano, the puertorican House of Representative just put out HR6680 to lift the ban on money for Syringe Exchange. Of course I am crossing my fingers that it will pass, but we need all of your help and we need for you guys to pass it on.
