I bought this book on ebay a couple of years ago.  My dad had a good laugh reading it after he was diagnosed with cancer.  Black Irish humour I guess.

Thanks for being so decent but I am a curmudgeon -- in some print dictionaries my picture is included next to the definition you quote above.
