I've had the weirdest 24 hours.

Seriously!

So, last night I attended the youth group again. It was wonderful, as usual. I didn't really get the reaction that I thought I would - and to be honest, the only person in that group whose opinion really mattered to me was sweet.  ;D I think I might have a crush. Haha. But - basically just the point that everyone KNOWS now and if something slips out of my mouth - oh well. It's common knowledge now. Strangely relieving.

I couldn't stay out long because of my homework, but I really enjoy spending time with these people. I look forward to it every week.

This morning I woke up late and had to rush to catch the bus - and as usual, when I got on, all the seats were taken - so I paused for a second to decide whose space I would invade upon when I heard a voice from the first seat to the left.

"You can sit here, if you want."

Okaaayyy then. Nice kid. Short, skinny blonde kid. OBVIOUSLY a freshman. You can tell because he doesn't have the 'I fucking hate school' scowl yet. So, I sat down next to him. In the morning I don't like noise, I don't like activity, I was still waking up - leave me alone for your own good.

But all of a sudden, he starts talking.

What's your name?
... Jaser.
What grade are you in?
... I'm a junior.
What grade is that?
... 11th.
Oh. I'm in 9th grade. What is that?
You're... a freshman.
Oh. I didn't know you were that old.
I'm fifteen.
Really?
Well, I'll be sixteen soon.
Oh, okay. ... did you miss school yesterday?
... what?
You weren't on the bus.
... oh. Yeah. My dad dropped me off.
You missed the bus?
No, I'm with my dad half the week.
Oh. Your parents are divorced?
Yeah.
Mine are too. It's hard.
It's not that bad.
It's been difficult for me.
*Shrug*

Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc.
The kid didn't stop talking until we got to the school. And then he followed me into the school, walking at my side like an excitable little dog. x_x;. Barking something occasionally until I finally lost him in the crowd.

Oh my God. So, first of all I'm creeped out because he's obviously been like paying attention to my actions. x_x;. He knows the days I've missed school, days I haven't caught the bus, etc. I have this little midget... stalker.

So that was weird enough.

In gym today we were going to play football outside but it's raining, so we played flickerball inside (it's LIKE football, it's basically like, you throw a football inbetween two teams and try to throw it to someone that is standing inside the goal, if you drop the ball, it goes to the other team, etc.) and usually in gym I'm like depressed because I'm considerably slower and less enthusiastic then like EVERYONE else in the class. But, I really wanted to try to play well because I didn't want to embarrass myself (and I didn't want to lose points in the class, haha). So, my team finally scored once (we were getting our asses kicked) and then we played some more, and then like, all of a sudden, my team has the ball and like, I ran down to the goal and at the same time the kid on my team threw the ball towards me and this other kid, and the kid reached for it, like hit it with his hand, it dropped and I like DOVE and caught it. Jaser = scores second point.
:D :D :D

Everyone was like WHOA THAT WAS SO COOOOOL. And saying how good I was.
And yeah yeah yeah. It was awesome.
:D :D :D

Haha, I'm done. I just wanted to share.

So, we have Jaser the Jock, Jaser the Magnificent... How about Jaser the Magnificent Jock!!??

LOL, sounds like an awesome, action-packed day!!

BTW.. you are much like me... don't talk to me for a couple of hours after my eyes open... and my eyes don't usually open for an hour after I get out of bed.  My poor dogs... they get so excited in the morning when I get up to walk them... even they can't talk to me!!
