Morning ladies,

Andrea, way to go on the chicken.  Now, you have to tell me how you did it.  I want to try it next week.  And I haven't a clue (how to do it in the crockpot).

Tendai, I was raised Seventh-Day Adventist and went to Adventist schools for 10 years.  For lunches, we had nothing but vegetarian meals.  I've had fake burgers, fake steak, fake chicken etc.  Now, I've tasted some really good veggie dishes that older ladies who have been cooking that stuff for years make.  I'm not good with that kind of thing.  Don't feel bad about the bread.  I have no clue about how to bake bread.  I'm sorry about the money.  I wish things would improve over there.   Oh, about the diet.  I'm just going to try to not eat beef or pork (since it's harder for the body to break these down) and do more portion control.  I do well in the morning and early afternoon, but usually by evening it's gone to shit.  I eat everything.  I'm also exercising and hoping that will help.  It's good to hear from you, by the way.

I've got about 25 minutes before I leave for the Hope (my volunteer job).  I'm going to be by myself this week; the lady that trained me is on vacation.  I've still got a couple questions, but I'll ask the lady that'll be getting off when I go in.  Hopefully everything will go alright.  I've just decided that if anyone needs anything I don't know how to do, they're going to have to wait until the person who relieves me gets there.

Other than that, nothing else planned for today.  I hope you ladies have a good one.  I'll be back later.

Edited to add:  This is reply #100.  Who's up to start the next thread?
