Title: Down time!

Just having a bit of "down time" having one of those nights where everything is summed up by pre or post HIV. just need to talk to someone in the same position really. Is it normal to still have times like this 2years after diagnosis? :-\

Sometimes a "down time" is just that. I go through it myself. It's temporary but frustrating.

If it's more than temporary I seek help.
