Hello, First of all I would like to thank you for providing valuble information to your members helping them to access the risk.
Even though I have seen in your previous posts, I wanted to get the re-assurance from you regarding my incident.
I have been to the Spa at high risk place. Myself and Massage were naked in the jet tub and thats where we did mutual Mastabration. I did fingured her in too deep and she did an hand job. she had pre-cum on my hand and also she had her pre-cum on her hand before I ejaculate on her hand.
please answer these questions in detail.
1. I am sure she had her precum on her hand before I ejaculate on her hand, is it a risk of Hiv?
2. If she had already ejaculated in water, I was in water at the time of ejaculation. is it the risk that HIV will travel in water to infect me?

Murth, you are worrying totally unnecessarily. There was no risk whatsoever in the situation you have described. HIV is a fragile virus and is not transmitted via masturbation even if her hands and yours were dripping with each other's fluids.
You need to remember for the future that the only confirmed means of transmitting HIV sexually are through unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as you always use condoms for those activities you will be well protected. It really is that simple.
There is no need for testing nor for further concern on your part this time.

In addition to what Andy said, you also need to understand that people or places are not high or low or no risk, ACTIVITIES are high or low or no risk. It's not WHO you do, it's HOW you do it.
You cannot go by how a person looks or where they work or whatever to determine their hiv status. The only way to know a person's hiv status is to test together with them.
Fingering, no matter what environment you do it in, is not a risk for hiv infection. Getting a handjob, no matter where it happens, is also not a risk for hiv infection. Not one single person has ever been infected through either activity and you will not be the first.
Here's what you need to know in order to remain hiv negative:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER FINGERING OR A HANDJOB, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Thanks for your response. I am very relaxed with your responses.
But CDC says that the virus can be active for several minuites/hours even when outside the body.
Does virus become in-Active immediately when it is outside the human body within very few seconds? If the hand has the freshed virginial fluid, does the virus on the hand gets in-activated within 1-2 seconds ?

In more than 23 years of working in the epidemic I have never known of anyone to have become infected in the manner about which you are concerned. Not one. And I am not expecting you to make history by becoming the first.
The vaginal fluids which may contain HIV are far up in the cervical area and are not the fluids you would have been coming into contact with.
HIV is a fragile virus. It needs the kind of receptive setting which unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse provide in order to be transmitted sexually.
Give it up and get on with your life. HIV is not your problem. Period.

If you have questions about your hiv status, we need you to start your own thread in this forum, not one meant for hiv positive people only. You are not permitted to post in the threads of others in this forum either.

Today I had been to Massage parlor, couple of hours after I come out, I noticed that there was a safety pin and Blood Mark on my shirt. When I noticed the pin I just felt the pin but I don't think that it pinched into my blood stream. I think I put on the shirt just after 1-2 Min's. after the Pin was put on to my shirt(I just came out of bathroom within 2-3 mins)
I am very much worried about the incident, Assuming that the HIV positive lady wantedly put the Pin with fresh blood to my shirt, If I had the Pin went into my blood stream within 2 mins, what is the chances of the HIV infection?

Now as to your latest concern... There is absolutely no sound basis for thinking you have been exposed to HIV through that safety pin. It's just another "what if" rather than anything based in HIV science.
Let go of this fanciful idea you've come up with. The real risks for transmitting HIV have been explained to you in the past. So keep it simple and move on with your life.
