What a great document. Not only does it present possible drug reactions, but it is written with reality in mind. On page 10 they provide specific suggestions on drug use, without any judgment. For example, ecstasy, they suggest you start with 1/4 to 1/2 tablet and drink plenty of water. Or heroin, start with normal dose and increase only if you experience less of a hit and less buzz. Safe injecting. Do not mix with other
recreational drugs.

This reminds me of my first HIV doctor, Norman Markowitz, in the 80s. He was incredibly realistic and would make suggestions for partying, depending upon the drugs you were taking. He understood that we are all different and part of his job, as a doctor, was to treat the whole patient, honestly and respectfully. It is by following his example that I hold many beliefs on how to humanely treat pozzies.

Thank you Joe, for your assessment. It is EXACTLY what I thought. And far more helpful than "stay off recreational drugs." This chart would be a great addition to this site, hint hint.

""Narcotics have been systematically scapegoated and demonized. The idea that anyone can use drugs and escape a horrible fate is an anathema to these idiots. I predict that in the near future right-wingers will use drug hysteria as a pretext to set up an international police apparatus."
