I am a male and had unprotected oral sex (receiving) with a female along with some anal fingering about 5 1/2 weeks ago. I contracted and was treated for gonorrhea and possible chlamydia and had those symptoms subside. I have also experienced numbness in the leg and sore lymph nodes in my left groin, leading me to believe a herpes infection as well. A few days ago i developed a feeling in my throat and a whitish tongue. The throat does not hurt when I swallow but I noticed it is slightly sore near the back of my tongue. It has been there for several days now. I have a headache that comes and goes. My question is, are these possible symptoms of an infection with HIV and does being infected with other STD's increase my chance of an HIV infection at the same time even though it was a low-risk activity? I tested negative at 3-weeks but I know that is not enough time for anti-bodies to appear in the body.

You were never at risk for contracting HIV from a blowjob. Take the time to read the lesson on transmission. You can find the link in the "Welcome" thread.

None of the activities you have mentioned including fingering would put you at risk for HIV transmission. No testing is necessary in relation to this incident.
If you have symptoms which continue to trouble you that's something to discuss with your doctor.
This is not an HIV situation.
