Question about lab results

My doctor just called me with my latest lab results. My viral load is low but has doubled from 400 to 850 over the past six months and has been continuing to increase. My cd4 is a little lower 486 to 400 since last tested and is on a downward trend based on previous labs; however, my percentage is stable at 30%. I know my numbers are going in the wrong direction, but was just curious as to why my numbers are changing but the % is remaining steady. Is this something that's normal?

I’d say a VL anywhere above undetectable levels is not normal. With your current VL, it’s almost high enough to where they can do a genotype test to see if your virus has developed resistance to your current medication. Your CD4 count is plenty as long as your doc corrects your VL direction. How’s your adherence to meds? Any missed doses?

Stopped all prophylaxis
June 2021 - 2 years remission
