Triumeq and Red Korean Panax Ginseng?
« on: April 28, 2017, 11:51:16 pm »
I was doing some research that led me to consider taking Red Korean Panax Ginseng in order to combat the fatigue and memory loss I've been suffering. Don't know if it's strictly a side effect of my meds or the virus itself. Wondering if anyone else has or is currently taking Red Korean Ginseng and triumeq? Is it effective or have you had any issues,

Hi

Sorry to hear you are having fatigue problems, that can be a real problem and personally I particularly found it an issue when I first started treatment as I had so much healing to do. I hope the fatigue hopefully will settle as your body heals now you on treatment, it can be a while.

Have you spoken to your doctor about your concerns?

The other reason to speak to your doctor and things to consider is that fatigue can be caused by many underlining conditions from very simple and easy things to more complex problems. Simple things could be anything ass example like vitamin D deficiencies or simple Iron deficiencies, thus checking with your doctor is first port of call.

Anyhow I removed your duplicate post. Just a word of warning taking Panax Ginseng also has side effects and can cause some problems, like Trouble sleeping, headache, agitation, upset stomach, effect on hormone levels, menstrual problems, breast pain, and dizziness. An increase or decrease in blood pressure.

In short hope you feel better soon, I have included some links on the topic for you and hope that helps but do speak to your doctor.

Jim

Hello Dallas nk!

Greetings from Portugal!

I am taking Triumeq too. My Doc just don´t let me take any vitamins complex.
Do you know something about taking whey protein with Triumeq? I don´t know if you workout...

Thank you!

Take care!

Hi Scarino,

You have a thread of your own open for this i believe, and this is a common enough question from others. Instead posting in the OP's thread with your concerns please consider sending a PM if its just 1 person you want to ask or asking in a thread that is covering the topic.

This is just to prevent going off topic from the OP and hijacking, thank you.

I just took one of these supplements for the exact same thing and I've been researching and couldn't find anything.
