Mega Vite 75
B Complex 50
Fish Oil
Primrose Oil
Probotic
L-Glutamine
Lysine
Green Tea Extract

I take all these every day after seeing a presentation by Charlie Smigelski www.eatupbooks.com in Denver. I know that they mave made me feel much better. Not as tired, better skin, etc. As for numbers I just had some blood work drawn on Tuesday and am interested to see it. But that's irrelevant I'm just glad I'm not so tired anymore. But I would recommend checking with a doctor before starting anything!

Just my experience. ;) ;) ;)

I'm takinga one-a-day multivitamin, Fishoil (1200 mg), selenium (200 mcg), and some extra Vit C.

I notice no difference in the way I feel or my#'s. I think it's just practice for meds~

Hey AI,
Aside from a multivitamin, I take:

Milk Thistle (180mgs standardized) - this is to help keep my liver functioning well. But speak to a doctor before taking it because it doesn't mix well with some of the HIV meds.

Fish Oil (4,000 mgs) This is to help drop my cholesterol/triglyceride levels.

Selenium (200 mcgs) This is to help boost my immune system and may help lower HIV levels, although that is still not proven and I haven't noticed any big drops since I started taking it.
I may or may not continue taking this. The multivitamin has more than the recommended daily supply and it tastes nasty.

That's it, for now anyway.

HUGS,

Mark

Just started taking Caltrate PLUS® to try and improve the effects of my meds on bone mineral density loss.
