Your creatinine is just a bit above the top of typical normal levels. It's a bit of a flaky test, you need to look at the trend. All sorts of things affect creatinine, not just kidney function.

CD4 % percentage is increasing steadily. sounds good

Glucose 118.  What's the unit ? in mg/ whatever liter of mL I can't recall, the magic number is that one should be below 105 (1.05) or 1.00 (depending on doc) to be in the safe side of diabetes and over 1.27 is the red zone (on top of my head, don't kill me if I am wrong)

if it is high, your doc may want to order a A1C (glycated hemoglobin). normal number should be below 6.5 or 6.2 % (depending doc)

Cheers

You really have to stop freaking out over every lab test that appears to be a little outside the reference range.  When a single test is slightly outside the range, there is no real cause for concern -- a repeat test, perhaps (but even that is open to debate IMO).  My lab's range for creatinine has 1.3 as the upper limit and trust me here -- there is no real difference between a result of 1.3 and 1.4, except that one will be flagged with "H" for high.  Your urinalysis is essentially fine -- I performed thousands of UAs in my day -- probably somewhere around 1 in 3 had a few WBC's in the sediment -- it's no big deal.

Take a deep breathe and move on -- if those were the only tests outside of reference range, you had a pretty good set of labs.

If you have easy access to go and speak with your HIV Doctor - so that he or she can reassure you - that would be good. Or is there a HIV support group with a trained HIV Health Trainer (usually a volunteer) who can do the same, or as we have here in the UK a HIV Specialist Nurse Practitioner who you can sit down with?
Or can you access that support by phone if not in person?

I feel you just need some reassurance and that you might be a little isolated.

Keep trying to remind yourself, that as well as your periodic blood tests something of absolutely crucial (and equal) importance is how you actually *feel physically*. Are you getting good regular sleep, are you happy with your diet?

Good luck with everything!

Matt touches on something that's just as important as your physical health...sleeping and your mental health. The stress and concern over this bug can really drag you down. This is something I had to deal with firsthand. After my dx it was about a month and a half before I could get into see my psychiatrist. Let me suggest that you get some counseling, sometimes it's just good to bounce your concerns off of someone else. In my case, they handled depression and insomnia.

Stay in touch. Let us know how you are doing  :)
