How did this happen? I give it 3 more months *sigh*
I was at a dinner with 5 couples....they were all trashed and I was sober (cuz I'm a good healthy boy).
There is something wrong with this picture. :)

I'm with you on that one. I don't get it. My friends who I would never think wanted to get serious all have partners or are dating someone for a while.
I don't think they are any better looking than me.
They don't all get shit-faced, though.
I can have one or two glasses of wine and I'm hungover the next day. I think it's because of my meds.

I haven't tried drinking yet since starting meds. I should! Like right now. Ha. I heard that can happen. I know the day before I puked up viramune all day i couldn't tolerate caffeine for 48 hours. So weird. My liver was probably busy or something?
Yeah I'm def. the mary and not the rhoda of the bunch and I think I'm single cuz gays are scared of me or as my friends say I'm "a big bitch!!" ha.

I don't know why I'm single unless I put off some vibe or subconsciously don't want to be with someone.
You can't drink a whole lot while on meds, although I know some guys who do.
There's a thread going around about liver damage from meds, alcohol, statins, etc., so you have to be careful about your drinking. You probably have the best idea (no drinking at all).

All my friends have bfs except me. And I often feel like you and guy. I don't think I put off a "don't fuck with me" vibe. But when I try to date and say I am looking to get to know someone and not rush into sex, I get that "confused" look like I am speaking something other than English.

dude, all my peeps are dating too! dating, or coupled. and if they are stinking drunk then they're high as a kite. and me, im a good boy who can't land a man to save his life. ive dated all, black, white, latino, asian (and everything in between), gay/bi, young (22) & older (55), broke & living decently, poz & neg. goddamnit.
i think im giving off a "im genuinely concerned about your well being now lets fuck" vibe. or maybe its a "you're a loser and im an arrogant bastard, but can we still fuck?" vibe.

Well, all my friends have gotten boyfriends - within time we just stopped talking. Now, the only time I hear from them is when they break up and they know that I'm always here to listen. As far as me getting a boyfriend?....mmmmm....na, don't think so. I enjoy being "friendly" ;)

You've got that right! Just ask my hubby how true this is. Man, I was in shape when I was single, but then again I was quite a bit younger (33).
As to being the only single... hubby and I were with a group of about 9 guys the other evening. We were the only two who were (still) a couple. Go figure. Attitude certainly has a lot to do with it. I don't know how well things would go when even friends call one a 'big bitch'. Now, a 'big slut', that'll certainly get you lots of boyfriends! ;D

Hey - no shame in my game, honey. While I question this alleged "swarming", I make no bones about calling out pretty when I see it. She may have ugly toes, but from the ankles up Miss Shadow's doin' alright.
