sure, certain illnesses (WebMD speaks of illnesses, not diseases). HIV certainly is one. I have a very healthy diet, never drank, I am certainly not pregnant and yet my doctor advised me to take them.
Contains also vitamin C, Zinc and Niacin. Cheers!

But it doesn't have minerals? And is expensive here. Anyone take centrum silver +?

Are these kind of integrators recommended for HIV+ people as a standard?
Thanks
PS: I live in Thailand too

Some of the car for multivitamins in people living with HIV goes all the way back to the pre-treatments era of the 1980s.
If we eat a balanced diet we will get all the nutrients we need from our food.
Vegans need a B12 supplement but that's all. All the rest is expensive urine.

Check out Boots... They usually run a buy one get one free for their store brand...
