accidently took another truvada

I just accidently took Truvada in the morning, even though I already took one in the evening. Am I right to think that that's not too bad because there are 12 hours in between the two Truvada doses? Should I now continue taking Truvada in the morning or would it be better to stick with my old routine, meaning Truvada+Isentress in the eve and Isentress in the morning? Or would both ways be fine?

You could take it anyway you want to. If you want to continue taking it in the morning, that would be OK. Or, you can stick with the old routine, and continue taking it at nighttime, and back on schedule, at the next dose.

Don't sweat it either way - the important thing is that you take it at least once a day. My bf takes it in the morning as he thinks it seems to make it more difficult for him to wake up in the morning when he takes it at night. Your mileage may vary.

I suggest you get yourself a pill box so you can tell at a glance when you've taken what. It's too easy to make mistakes without a one. They're very inexpensive and well worth the investment.

I think I might have accidentally taken two Atriplas within a couple hours of each other a few times along the line.  lol    I survived.
