AMG 2009 :)

Hello all,

I wanted to post to extend super-tight bear hugs from myself, Meena (who is now 10 years old!), and her baby (now toddler) sis. We attended AMG 2009 in Boston and were shown such love and kindness by everyone who was there that year. Unfortunately, since that time I pretty much disappeared from the virtual (and to some extent, "real") world to address a number of unexpected health and financial challenges that occurred within our family.  However, I have always remembered that trip with such fondness and wanted to drop in and thank EVERYONE for making us feel so welcome and included.  Prayerfully we will meet again, maybe at AMG 2013, but I intend to make an effort to be more active in forums moving forward to try to re-connect.  I hope you are all doing wonderfully!  Best, Sheri & fam

Hi Sheri, so good to hear from you! I remember you and the sweet girls in Boston, such a great time and great memories. Arent you in Houston? We'll have to get together next time Im through there.

Yeah, I remember.  We first met out on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.  And we went to Salem together on the train. 

Say hello to Meena.  She is so precious and now she has a little sister.  What great news!!~

Thanks guys!  We still have almost all of the items from the trip (unfortunately the watch got cracked last year).  Meena actually tried to wear her "Del Sol" gift T-shirt yesterday but due to pre-teen upper torso growth I promptly sent to  into something looser    She has grown into such a strong and compassionate young lady; I'm in awe of her every day.  We are still in (horrendously humid!) Houston and would love a visit anytime!  And Jan, those pics are so cute!  They are all so little and darling!  How time flies!
