Planning children

Hi Friends..
I am HIV positive and my spouse is HIV Negative.Of course she knows my status. Our marriage life is nearly six years. Now the problem is

We are thinking about children, is there any choices to having the conceive my wife without contracting HIV.

  The short answer is yes, she can have children with you without contracting HIV.  It's important to find a doctor knowledgeable in this area.  Some doctors not experienced in this area may advise against it, but that's only because they don't know what they are talking about.

  A good HIV doctor will know that you two can do this successfully, with minimal risk to your wife.  Your HIV doctor can help you two by advising a good gynecologist for her.

Having kids comes up from time to time, a few of us are parents as well.

My two cents is that with being UD for more than 6 months you are not going to transmit the virus during condom-less sex and your partner could combine this with PrEP as an additional peace of mind during the time that you trying to get pregnant, however as with all things talk to your doctor first.
