Title: Study Finds HIV Different In Blood than Semen

This is interesting, but as someone who ain't all that smart I'm wondering what could be learned from this.  I guess the main thing is how HIV is transmitted and transmission risks factors--blood vs semen??  And how HIV evolves within the body?
