Had my 1st business trip Poz, on meds and all

Everything went fine. My drugs got through security without question so that was a relief. I took my atripla pill at the regular time each night. I even slipped off during a business social to take my pill and came back to sip at my beer to appear normal. Hopefully that didn't screw up the atripla but I know I slept really well that night. I kept myself on my self mandated two drink maximum during all the social functions and dinners that involved drinks.

This trip was really good for me as I am now pretty movitated on my career like I was pre-diagnosis. I hope everyone here had a good week.

Brilliant!  Kudos to ignorant and/or overworked customs officials!

I hope the rest of your trip goes well!

By the by, I've never heard anything about alcohol interacting with Atripla in any way (other than, of course, the usual about cutting back on drinking).

That's great to hear. I often wonder about this (flying, business travel, social functions) since I am not yet on any meds. I already feel as though my social activities have shifted since learning my status. And what's funny is that I actually like who I am more now as a quasi-teetotaler. Healthier and enjoy the time with people more than when I used to just get plowed at the first chance.
