Not sure

Good afternoon

My experience happened on Sept 23.  I went to a adult bookstore and went back to the video booth. They had gloryholes and there was a guy come in.  He put penis through with pout a condom and i rubbed on it, then he put a condom on and I then sucked on it.  After a few minutes i turn around and he started to rub it against my ass.  He then inserted it for a while.  I then asked him to come around to my booth.  We then proceed having intercourse.  He still used the condom.  After he came he pulled out and i saw him take it off and put it the trash.  He wasn’t a well endowed guy either.  The condom looked in tact also when he pulled it off.

Not the smartest place to do that, i know.

Fast forward to sept 1,  I started getting soreness in my back especially on my right hand side around mid back.  That ache has been off and on to date.  Then Oct 8 i got diarrhea then the next day i have got a white tongue and a couple raise bumps on the very back of my tongue and cotton mouth. The white tongue sort of comes and goes.  I also had a running noise and drainage in my throat which i thought my lead to my throat being a little sore.  To this time no fever.

Do symptoms come on slowly one by one or all at once?  I know by reading this forums that it was not a risk but...

i know by reading that you guys and girls say that you can’t judge by symptoms.  I did go get a STD testing last Monday, Oct 12. (19 days past, a little soon for testing i know )The rapid HIV antigen/antibody blood drawn test came back negative.  I have never had intercourse with out a condom built just wanted to be sure I didn’t have anything first.  I have given head to a few guys with out condoms last few months so that was the reason for the rest of the tests.  Haven’t gotten the results yet for them.

I know anxiety can cause a lot health problems.  I didn’t think nothing about till last week when  the mouth and throat thing coming up.

Thanks for your time and answers.

JAJ

HIV can't transmit through an intact condom.

Sorry to hear you have been feeling unwell, not sure why you think it's HIV related but it's not. See your healthcare provider and let them treat whatever is making you sick.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider starting PrEP as an additional layer of HIV protection going forward.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Kind regards

Jim

Thanks Jim.  I knew this was the answer i was going to get.  Still kinda puzzling in timing.  Also i forgot to mention i started get no rashes but itchy under the skin in different, arms, sides and  back but not terrible, just enough to me to notice it. This started Saturday as well, plus I would just start sweating on my head and face(i have a shaved head so i feel any kind of sweet popping up) even in the house with the temp at 70.  I think it could be me worrying about this too.

I know you said don’t base it on symptoms but what are thoughts on the timing of the symptoms appearing not all at once and maybe coming and going?

What I think about timing....

Using your logic, I flushed the toilet this morning then it started to rain. Therefore, me flushing the toilet must have caused it to rain outside. Thankfully we know better.

You had no obvious exposure, a negative result post symptoms, symptoms that are not HIV specific and some of them never HIV related. You're left testical could fall off, it's not going to change anything about your HIV risks. See your healthcare provider and let them treat whatever is making you sick.
