[AMG Coordinator]

Well, in approximately 30 hours I'll be departing Fort Lauderdale en-route to my first AidsMeds Gathering.  Although exhausting, it has been an honor to help out with this years event.  As I begin to wrap up some last minute tasks I can't help but remember all the help I've received from other members throughout the past months. This is by no means a complete list and in no particular order.

Rab - For your guidance and expertise after coordinating the first 2 gatherings.

Anniebc - A big thank you for coordinating this years memorial service.  This is the event I look forward to most!

Allang - Thank you for your extensive knowledge of San Francisco, planning the Saturday morning walk, and compiling much useful information and recommendations regarding getting from point A to B.

Basqo -  Thank you for pulling off the job as this years media coordinator with such short notice.

KCMetroman - For this years t-shirt design.  They look fabulous!

Robert - Your artwork submission towards this years t-shirt design looks great on the AMG Compilation CD!

Grants Committee - For taking on the daunting task of coordinating donations and ensuring that as many members as possible have the opportunity to attend.  I don't have exact number but I believe you all have collected more donations and helped more members than in previous years.

Sonomabeach - Thank you for your unselfish offer to host the first ever AMG Regatta!  This will no doubt be a day to remember for those participating.

Englishgirl - Thank you for coordinating a last minute visit to Alcatraz.

Last but not least...A big thank you to all those who donated to make this years AMG feasible for so many members!!!

I'll also say thanks to the 'mysterious' AMG Coordinators (as we never really know who it is, 'cept when a name is posted, too.     ).  I know it's a lot of work handling not only the financial stuff, but also the actual planning of events, negotiating with hotels, etc.  Thanks guys and gals.

I'll give you your hug in person!   Thanks to everyone whose hard work has made this year's AMG possible.   I am so overwhelmed by my gratitude, that I can hardly speak sometimes.  So I'll be the goofy one who's crying but can hardly say anything....

This will be my first AMG too and I want to thank everyone who has worked so hard to make it all possible.  I'm excited about the trip, about meeting everyone, and about all of the great plans for the time in San Francisco.

I shall be thanking them in person tomorrow but i'd just like to quickly say thanks to everyone involved in the planning of AMG.  I definitely wouldn't have been going this year if it wasn't for them and other peoples generosity.
