You can save yourself some typing just by waiting until you see a little name appear in blue at the bottom of the main page.  That's when an actual Moderator will be online to answer you.

Hey! Take a deep breath, twofires. I seriously seriously doubt anyone is trying to shut you down or censor you etc. Please don't have a meltdown. Or start another thread about this.

The problem is, there are no moderators online at present. As soon as one of them logs on (tonight or tomorrow morning) the problem with your thread should be addressed, sorted out.

Dude, what's going on with you, why are you going off the deep end all of a sudden?

Those words aren't my favorite but a lot of four-letter words have been used on these forums and no one's ben booted off because of them. You know that.

Ann is 5 hours ahead of Eastern time so at 10PM EST here it's 3AM GMT (I think it's GMT...) where she is.  She will undoubtedly return within 6 hours because she never gets enough sleep (IMHO).

And to be fair, Ann did not lock the thread and immediately log off.   She was online for a fair amount of time after that happened.  YOU LOGGED OFF.  I know this because I was trying to send you a PM offering help to you...and you were already offline.  I attempted again when I saw you come back on later.  Ann was online during most of that time that you were gone.  She just happened to be logged off before your return.


Fear not:  I am very certain she and the other Moderators will be sure to get in touch with you upon their return.

OK_ I called someone off the list who gave me a phone number and nearly begged me to call for some chat time.

I spoke with her for a while, in the meantime saw the post from Killfoile and Ann

subsequently, NO RESPONSE from ANY moderator at all.....

and quite frankly, the so-called "help" that was proffered relied strictly on my ability to succinctiny describe what exactly I needed.

Rent assistance? tax preparation help" ADAP counciling? NO!!!!! just demands to put into short little words what the god damn hell I needed

when all along all I needed was a sympathetic ear for chirsts sake!

how can I describe to you the mounting frustration and anger when I see postes by idjits like Eldork DEMANDING I say EXACTLY what the hell I need????

As if any of you want to pay my rent, or foot the bill for my transmission???
