Title: Thank goodness I've escaped Guilhermina's wrath

The 2012 list of 'Saddest City in America' (http://www.weather.com/health/saddest-city-gallup-20130403) was just released and Philadelphia is nowhere to be found in the top 25. Whew! I can sleep well tonight.

So who won? Charleston, WV! slightly edging out Huntington, WV which was #2.

The study is clearly flawed.

However the "Saddest State" study is spot on with all the usual suspects at the top...WV, Kentucky, Mississippi. Louisiana...
